Call my psychic, but I pretty much assumed at the time it was some sort of family connection they were trying to imply.  I never even got the creeper vibe in that scene.  You all are just perverts.

Okay.  Count me in!

Well, seeing as how I’ve been sitting for the last four hours, maybe I’m just ready to stand the fuck up.  Maybe it really is just that simple.

Is it really too much to ask for just a goddamn written list of everything?

Goddamn...no mention of Muppet Babies...AGAIN!  That damn series will always be just out of fucking reach.

Same. I was expecting 5 to 10 minutes. When I saw the real length, I just couldn’t even...

Totally agree.  That is the only time I would ever even consider asking someone.  I’ve never heard of anyone asking to switch in any case other than parent/children scenarios.  I certainly would not switch for any other reason.

Let me throw one other point out there.

Who would she play? Is “Mouth-Breather” a Marvel thing?

So the birds in Birdemic are to CGI what the dino in Velocipastor is to practical effects.

That way you can decide first hand if the plant-based burger really does in fact taste like real meat (spoiler: it does).

Is this an explanation for why her goddamn mouth is always open?  Fuckin’ mouthbreather...

There is literally NOBODY bothered by a woman in the lead.  It’s a fake controversy.  I mean, Linda Hamilton.  Kristina Loken.  Even Claire Danes.  This and the black Ariel thing...PR stunts meant to get attention.  Nobody has a problem with these things!  Just stop.

Or maybe you’re just a child.

I guess I just don’t find movies “scary”.  Startling?  Sure.  Disturbing?  Yeah, sometimes.  But I’ve never actually been scared...like actual fear.  I think people throw around “scary” or “scared” too much to describe being startled or troubled or uncomfortable or grossed-out.

I distinctly remember reading (before it was released, mind you) about them making this movie and how it was marketed as “real”.  I went into it knowing the deal...and so I never understood why people were scared.  Am I the only one who remembers that? I guess I figured everyone else would have been clued in just like

The sad part is, that quote was from her telling a story about when she was 11 and had a panic attack and the doctor gave her liquid valium...so CALM DOWN EVEN MORE.

a once-beloved series.

I’m partial, I think, to Muppets Take Manhattan. Of course, maybe it’s only because that’s the DVD we received when we had our first kid and I ended up watching it no fewer than 856,007 times with my daughter.

It’s a far cry from the $1.50 hot dog, at any rate.
