I don’t know. Seems like if they wanted to make that point, they would have had him come out uninjured. The fact that they showed the cut and had him point it out makes it seem like a more important “clue”.

My wife will go to extremes with the heat/AC controls. If the temp bothers her, instead of adjusting the dial to a more reasonable temperature, she’ll just shut the whole thing down. So in the summer we go from a cool car to a steamy humid misery in about two minutes.

I’d ask the OP of that complaint to go wash her feet before getting into my car.
