Martin Mull's line was a joke, and Gary took the hard drive.

First. Constitutionally, Article 1, Section 3, Clause 4 says the Veep is president of the Senate and casts a vote in a tie. That's it. And neither the 12th or 20th amendments have any language to suggest the sitting Veep wouldn't maintain this role when choosing the acting president. Doyle breaking the tie is 100%

Not really. It was Tom James who fucked with the House vote to engineer the tie. Montez just ended up benefiting from that tie by dealing with Doyle to engineer a win in the Senate. O'Brien might be upset, but Montez doesn't appear to have screwed him over in the same way that James did Selina.

Doyle!

Well, I would — and did — say "really good." So we've reached an impasse.

Yeah. And like I said below, the vote was certified. It's over. A political operative cannot just "find" missing votes and tally them himself without anyone knowing.

He couldn't discover them. The recount already happened. The vote was already certified. What did he do with them? Tally them himself? There is no universe in which a political operative can just drop an aside about how "he" found missing votes. If it was true, the state of Nevada would be dealing with it.

He has dementia. He would not be the character to tell anyone about missing ballots.

The Nevada thing was a joke about Martin Mull's character having dementia.

Unrelated to Veep, but while I waited for the review to go up, I watched "The Night Of" on HBOGO. That looks to be a really good show.

Richard figuring out his mom was his grandmother and his aunt was his mom was my favorite moment of the season.

I hope in whatever Selina goes on to, she poaches Richard from Jonah because that scene between Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Sam Richardson was perfect. Those two need more scenes together.

How would that not have come up in the general election during the vetting? I think it was a red-hearing to give the audience a feeling that something might save Selina in the moment.

It would be less icky than him marrying Arya. Jon and Sansa were probably the two least close siblings of the clan. Sansa, like Cat, viewed and treated Jon as an outsider, whereas Arya treated him like a brother.

He was the Hero of the Battle of Hoth, from the imperial perspective.

Once Jon and Sansa realize they are cousins instead of half-siblings, they can marry to unite the Starks and Targaryens.

Mad king is Jon's grandfather.

How do you think you know what everyone does or does not realize?

Something along the lines of order Jaime to conquer the North and the Iron Islands.
