Oh, boss mother as played by famed character actress Margo Martindale. I do remember her, so I must have seen him playing the son but it's been so long.

Yikes. I just googled "Loretta on Justified" So he tried to kill a teenage girl?

I think I watched the first season of Justified, but it never clicked with me. I liked it, but not enough to keep going with it. Too much TV these days.

Piscatella is terrifying. Which is jarring because I only know the actor from two small roles: the 2nd in command of the Ajira group from Lost, and Ron's AA sponsor on Party Down. He was sort of threatening on Lost, but ultimately a nice guy and on Party down he was nothing but a nice guy. I keep waiting for the

I agree. I still had a lot of fun this season — mostly because of Richard — but it definitely doesn't feel like an Iannucci show anymore. Veep is what got me over the loss of Thick of It. Now I guess I have to wait for that Death of Stalin show.

You don't remember Sue's thrill at becoming famous for being a bad-ass in front of Congress? Re-watch the series, then.

OK, that makes sense. I had this all figured out end of last season, but I completely forgot.

that wasn't in character based on her past personality. She liked being famous when she was testifying in front of the budget committee. She liked being on TV and getting attention.

What does the 20th Amendment mean by "Vice President Elect" in this situation? If we knew who the VP elect was, we'd know who the pres elect was. Why is it assumed to be Tom and not O'Brian's VP candidate?

What's up with Sue this season? She's given, maybe, one line per episode and that's it. Blurring her out of this episode seemed like a statement on what's been happening to the character under the new writing team.

Life is a front for a fetish porn ring built on blackmail and lawsuits, man.

Hot dogs are Tacos!

Agree. I'd also really miss the Flaca and Maritza paring if one or both of them ever left. But they operate more as a Greek Chorus. Taystee is central.

He was boring. I don't remember him doing awfull things. Even his affair was boring. His storylines took away from the interesting activity at the prison. He was a miscalculation on the part of the show in the first couple of seasons that audiences needed a non-guard straight white male to relate to.

Larry was hated for the same reason that I'm not going to read a post that long about fucking Larry.

Bruce Willis is now perfect for the Danny Aiello part.

It did. Cold fusion somehow contained in a camping lantern.

All I remember about that movie was that they figured out how to safely contain a sustained fusion reaction within a Coleman lantern.

Yes Hastags were a thing (esp. related to OWS) and yes drone warfare w/r/t Iraqi weddings has been in the news since 2002 (yes 2002).
