Yeah, rental car looks but this car is sweet. I like it so much I bought a 6MT version. Plus this is the internet so I can’t be wrong.

This video game is responsible for making JDM cool in America. Not only that, the love of this game is the reason why I bought a 1993 NSX last November. Between Gran Turismo, Need for Speed, Cruisin’ USA, and car magazines...I was destined to have multiple cars and an empty wallet.

Rental V6 Mustangs...and when the next gen camaro comes out...V6 Camaros too.

Damn it! Don’t let people know the E36 is a steal for this price group. This was the plan for my next cheap track car after the Miata plan was ruined due to a move to Hawaii. I want to scoop one before they start to appreciate in price!

Do I wish it was a manual...yes, but one of these would be in my garage with this price point. Basically a WRX with more room.

GM should have put this truck on the market with the diesel engine right away. I know some people are waiting out for it, especially when the 1/2 ton Ram gets 28 MPG out of their EcoDiesel. Great truck, but it needs that last little bit to take the world by storm.

I can see that argument. I always saw the gasser 3/4 class as people who couldn't stomach the price tag carried by the diesel options. So valid point there, but comparisons def. will be draw between the EcoDiesel and this, along with 3/4 ton options. I think it will come down to where it is priced, if below that

That's a dangerous move then to market a 1/2 ton against 3/4's which can do a ton more than this can. This is aimed at the 1/2 market, so the EcoDiesel is the only competition I think. Interested to see the figures for fuel economy and price. I think this truck is a niche market, I just wonder how big that market

How much?

In all actuality, 90% of the people who buy either of these cars will take them (or even know how to) take them to their potential.

How will price points compare to the competition? I am not talking about Ford or Chevy, as they aren't competition IMO without a small diesel. In particular, the EcoDiesel? Second point, how large of a market do you think these HD 1/2 tons or 5/8 tons trucks will create?

Dangerous tricks not for the faint of heart...lol.

I can tell you the pucker factor indeed is high. I've had the opportunity to operate as the insurgent forces in training environments when fixed wing and rotary wing combat aircraft are available to the friendly forces. These guys can see you everywhere and you can't hide. Seeing them line up in attack positions

People who think a fully warrantied & forged engine from an American manufacturer with 707HP (under $70k ) is not impressive is not a car enthusiast...or has enough money for overpriced pasta rockets.

Snowing on the East Coast causing flight delays on Thnaksgiving? That's never happened before right?

I can only hope that someone gets ahold of a Z28 and the new Z06 in a head to head. Hopefully Motortrend, Randy Pobst, and Willow/Laguna Seca hear this plea!

EcoBoost engines are hard pressed to average what the EPA says they could get on the highway. Diesels have a track record of getting close, matching, and often exceeding what is advertised. Impressive for sure for a gasser, but I know my Ram EcoDiesel averaged 30 MPG on a Oklahoma to Nevada trip traveling the speed

So much want. I still like my 2015 Challenger Scat Pack, but damn it's good to be American.
