Happy coach calls for a pass 1st and goal on the one w/maximum Lynch in the backfield.

Eh, cancelling projects is normal. Most big studios go through dozens of concepts before a game is made, and sometimes they are too far along and need a full cancellation for things to stay on track. Most studios just don’t bother announcing these things, or leaks don’t happen because its not interesting.

I think it started longer than ten years ago... I guess as long as there have been online games and online DRM this has been an issue. Every time this comes up it’s still controversial.

arrr ‘tis true, the sight of gold drives many a Pirate mad

Finally, a video that belongs on Deadspin.

In coach, I’d be irritated -- but roomettes and bedrooms are no comparison. It’s an apples/oranges experience compared to flying. Yes, rail mostly sucks for speed or economics, but if you just want to take a train trip, this is about as good as it gets.

Boogie is why the Warriors won this game, he fucked up the Raptors rotations both on defense and offense—he definitely wasn’t the best player on the court, on either ends of the court, but he fucked with the defense enough, and was enough of a presence to give the Warriors room to breath.

I know exactly what she’s going through.

The problem is less the cops but the system around them that can never hold them accountable. Laws are so lax around police behavior for fear of constraining them in their jobs that it allows any behavior with the unprovable justification of “credible fear,”  That claim then gets interpreted by a justice system that

Who watches the watchmen?!

Every time the police throw a resisting arrest charge on these bullshit collars:

Why is it that every time I hear one of these stories, it’s always some zombified version of an old “anti-establishment” band that no one younger than my dad would unironically listen to while sober? For how much their image hinges on the idea of them being “cool”, “rebellious”, “fuck the system”, they’re awfully

Also consider all the deflections off other people trying to catch the ball or protecting themselves. Like the NHL, MLB probably won’t take progressive measures until someone is killed. People can say they’ve only been a few fatalities, but I’m willing to bet the amount of injuries caused is in the tens of thousands.

Here’s to not making the perfect the enemy of the good.

It’s not about the Warriors. It’s about the Arena. The ownership group has two BUs now: ‘TeamCo’ and ‘ArenaCo.’ TeamCo, the Warriors, will be what it will be. It’s peaking right now, will bottom out at some point in a few years and then rise again with some smart draft picks and free agents, like the ebb and flow of

If it’s about not wanting him in their private space, then of course. It might be a hair page but be mostly banter. Get your life. They don’t have to allow him in.

I’m just tired of this sentiment:

How long before they decide that pavement is liable to potholing and rutting, and invent some sort of extruded steel sections for the vehicles to run on, to ensure the vehicles have a smoother, longer-lasting track to travel on?

One thing that needs to be repeated over and over and over again is that it -will- take time and often repeated visits to the doctor to get the right mix that has few side effects, yet allows someone to function. As someone who has Major Depression Disorder, with a case of mild OCD, it took me about six months to a

Go off carbs, go off anything but meat, cut meat out entirely, live off the morning dew that accumulates on leaves of grass. All while maintaining a resting heart rate which is impossibly low or impossibly high. Then go run, walk, ride twenty miles while staying hydrated. But only drink water. Not that kind of water!
