Yeah, I’ve noticed in the past that Steam only notices when a game is open.  I don’t ever put my PC in hibernation mode though because I hate it.  It only works marginally better for quick resume.  Seems like half the time I end up being forced to restart some of my games anyway and others just flat out won’t work…

The only place I notice play time is in Steam and that’s because I don’t have to look for it.  I have no idea how long I’ve played any game on my Series X or if play time from previous consoles automatically carries over.

Steam only changed their policy for large games because the Epic Game Store only allows games from large publishers or games that are old hits. If Epic starts allowing every game Steam does they’ll be forced to change their policy again.

This change doesn’t make me want to buy anything from the Microsoft Store though…

At any uncontrolled intersection a person on your right is supposed to have right of way.  There aren’t any uncontrolled intersections outside of residential neighborhoods though.
