It’s not just an online rando. It’s emblematic of the entire Democratic party’s mindset. Also, can you fill me in on what I “claim to believe in?”

Nah, that’s incredibly stupid and unfair

I never entertained not voting for Hillary in 2016, despite supporting Bernie in the primaries, but shit like this makes me want to go Bernie or Bust

But the last time the Spurs went two consecutive seasons without winning at least one playoff series was NINETEEN FRICKIN’ EIGHTY NINE.

we live in a society

He’s one of the most nakedly corrupt politicians in modern U.S. history. The only president who could compete with his levels of corruption in recent memory is Nixon. There’s nothing run of the mill about him. Is the Muslim ban rum of the mill? Are his multiple attempts to scrap the ACA, which is the raison d’être of

You don’t think his cabinet appointments, who have been more than but competent in gutting the organizations which they manage (the CFPB, the EPA, HUD, the Department of Education, the State Department), are an extension of his extreme politics? The dude installed a fossil fuel lobbyist as the head of the EPA. I don’t

I mean, Tea Party politics are the party line for Republicans in 2019. Don’t let a shift in the Overton fool you into thinking Republican politics aren’t extreme.

they should try to convince people already predisposed to agree with them

The two party system is a great organic balancing act and check on extremists seizing the reins.

lol @ calling the Democratic Party “the left”

lol ya, and if a DSA member were to run as a third party candidate and peel votes away from whatever piece of toast the Dems are running, I’m sure you’d take it in stride

Exactly. I’m getting my master’s in the UK. Even with international tuition fees, which just about doubles the cost of tuition, getting my master’s here was a much, much cheaper option than pursuing a comparable program in the US. And the funny thing is, my UK classmates still complain about their tuition fees

It’s Ronaldo and di Stefano. Not sure how you could make a good faith argument for anyone else

They lived in the conference finals in the 2000's, blew up the Shaq/Kobe Lakers en route to a ring, and played in one of the best finals in the last 30 years, if defensive masterclasses are your thing

I know you’re not really here in good faith, but that’s a little over the line

Please don’t lump me in with people making those sorts of comments.

And he’s easily the best one.

So you were living in the comments of HRC articles in 2016? Color me skeptical, Jack.

You know exactly what you’re doing by bringing it up. Trying to hedge it by saying that *you* don’t actually believe it’s cause for concern doesn’t really change that you’re mentioning a Q-level conspiracy in the comments of a Bernie article.
