The angled handle makes it great as a speed wrench for quickly running stuff in and out. Plus, this ratchet alone is probably the reason why I haven’t really had a need to buy a crow’s foot set.

I have yet to add a set of crow’s foot wrenches to my toolbox. However, an offset handle flexhead 3/8" ratchet is absolutely critical to own for me.

This story reminds me of the Chevy dealership in Delaware that totaled a customer’s Camaro ZL1 and then told them to pound sand.  As I recall, the customer wound up striking a “deal” where they were allowed to purchase a new ZL1 from the dealer at a discounted rate.
