Despite my other comment, yes, helmets for me are the absolute worst drops! I had exotic helms out the ass but could never get a decent blue or legendary until about a week ago. Now I’m working on leveling up all of my arm and chest exotics (that are all 294-297 L).

I don’t know enough people (on either the PS4 (not ready to raid yet there though) or the Xbox One) to do a raid group, but I have the exact opposite probelm: I rarely see weapons but am swimming in armor drops.
