I was hoping to have my new rig built this weekend, but NewEgg’s shipping got bumped back to mid next week. That’s going to keep me from playin The Division or anything else with moderate / high graphics requirements in an enjoyable manner. I’ll probably stick to some more Stardew Valley and other less intensive games

Awesome! I’m going to be building my new gaming rig next week and I’m eagerly looking forward to playing Division again.

Standing start that makes sense.

We’ve got an ‘86 we’re selling off, a while back I was happy to find out a vendor was (finally) making the courtesy light timer module again. For years folks on the Corvette Forum were trying to reverse engineer the original module cause when it goes it messes with a few convenience items.

So the million dollar question is this:

I wonder how much it would cost to update the controller hardware in the car to modern standards. It’s scary owning a C5 Corvette and knowing that some of the electronics in that are getting harder and harder to get replacements for should you need one, can’t imagine the thought of your multi-million dollar supercar

Heck, Fry’s Electronics only updated to a Windows based point of sale system in recent years, and I think that still connects / front ends some archaic back end software.

IDKFA.

Yup, which is why my engineer coworker is building one for his plane.

That was a great read. I’m looking forward to reading that in the evenings now.

The Depp version of Fear & Loathing is fantastic, and I actually recommend watching it before reading the book it’s based upon. It’s one of those edge cases where having the visuals in your mind before hand just makes it that much more fun of a read.

Seeing as how the trailers for TG have featured LeBlanc over Evans, it seems like your friends at the Beeb like him more than that pasty-faced diva too.

I’ll repeat what I said recently... fire that ginger haired twat and put LeBlanc in charge.

Lol! Thanks for a good laugh. :)

Accident was probably the Volvo driver’s fault. Lord knows the ‘safest cars’ on the road have some of the most unsafe drivers at the wheel.

Ah, Volvo... the bespoke boxes that people drive because they’re “safe”... the car, supposedly, not the driver.

I haven’t played much over the past week or two (having computer issues that will probably require a new system), but one of the times I went into the DZ before the change I had a rogue hunting me down. It was amusing literally ducking and weaving between cars and such as I ran like crazy for the nearest exit from the

The funny thing is people were complaining the DZ was ‘broken’ when folks weren’t going rogue.

Oh look, another VW owner with a bike rack.
