WHAT THE FUCK.

Is her unaffected voice really all that awful though? I saw a clip some time ago of her as a kid belting out some shitty song with a preternaturally full voice. I mean like a tiny Ethel Merman. While it was not my taste at all, it was enough to get her gigs and begin her career in earnest. She sang like an adult as a

Please point me in the direction of a Broadway musical in which a single performer sings and dances virtually non-stop for 90 minutes. They would have to be in every scene and singing and dancing for the entirety of each of those scenes.

I shop at this Costco, and it never occurred to me until just now that I should be power-people spotting in between snarfing samples and buying 1000 roll packs of TP.

Everything in small proportions?

This sounds like an SNL skit.

*Thinks back to Avenue Q and Phantom and Les Mis and ...*

There were acts in fact lip syncing 20+ years ago. 20+ years ago if someone was running and jumping around the stage while singing if you didnt hear their voice change from landing jumps or hear them huffing and puffing on stage while basically doing a workout then they werent singing live.

Well, a lot of pop stars do because of the dancing. You won't see a rock act do it. The Black Keys aren't lip syncing their shows but they also don't have to do a complicated dance routine at the same time.

Wait…I thought almost all performers lip synced their shows? Is anybody shocked?

eyeliner pencils come in all different consistencies. Some have a lot of oil in their base, some have less and are much harder to "spread," thus not leaving much on your eyelids. Experiment with different brands to find ones that are oilier. You can "set" the oilier ones (so they don't smudge a lot) with a shadow

To make sure the shadow doesn't fall into your eyes and all over your face, dampen the brush slightly before loading it with shadow. I set it with translucent powder.

One trick I learned from a classmate of mine is to *briefly* hold your eyeliner pencil over a small flame (e.g. lighter or candle). The heat softens the product and it goes on like soft clay, regardless of age. Just remember to blow gently on the tip before applying because that stuff gets hot fast!

This is the one makeup skill I really nailed during the teen goth years - it helps a LOT if you do the "dotted tiny line, then fill in" deal, also keep your mouth open or slightly open, it helps relax your eyes and face whilst you do it. Aaaand the best tip I can give is get the Kat vonD brand felt tip liquid liner.

Am I the only one who doesn't think she looks all that much like Elsa? In that ONE shot with the angling and raised eyebrow, yes, but the others she just looks like someone - albeit a very, very pretty someone! - in an Elsa costume, with little resemblance other than the wig and dress.

Wait...most people in the UK have the same blood type?

They might have been sand fly bites. Many bednets don't have mesh that is small enough to exclude sand flies.

It's also possible the bed had some, uh, other visitors besides mosquitoes. Especially in the tropics, there's an abundance of stowaways on linen and in furniture.
