Yes, although according to the book that came out a year or two back (which was mostly a book-length fluffing of one of the detectives who worked on the case that "nobody would listen to"), Florida based its postmortem "conviction" on the same sort of blood-reside evidence used to indict Casey Anthony.

I saw Good Morning America for the first time last week when I was staying at some relatives' house, and it's fucking awful.  I thought the Today show was devoid of any actual news, but Good Morning America was like an issue of Good Housekeeping that moved.

Why wasn't the headline, "Community is doing an all-puppet episode, with actual puppet, because of course it is"?
