I simply have no faith in the police account. None. And that is all of their fall for being more concerned about covering their collective a$$es then protecting and serving.
I can imagine it would be hard to be taken seriously with a beauty queen background.
She’s sort of like Kate Hudson in a way. They are okay as part of an ensemble but I don’t want to see them carry a movie. I think the last movie I truly liked her in was “Strictly Business,” although I thought she was fine in “Their Eyes Were Watching God.”
Well, his tongue seemed to like them in the scenes from the season. He was making out with one of the guys pretty seriously.
I don’t understand wanting to take the onus off the parents. This is totally a parent’s purview. And if parents aren’t capable of having this conversation, then they never should have had kids in the first place.

Nah. I think he was asked a question and he answered it.
Kind of ironic for Amy to discuss someone’s appearance in this way when she was so pissed at Glamour for calling her plus sized. Both Amy and Glamour were well-intentioned but it ultimately falls flat.
No comfortable with showing their home an address. Has this been done with other former presidents? There is a safety concern. Calls to mind why Ta-Nahesi Coates decided not to continue his purchase of a home in Brooklyn.

So this article makes no mention of what precipitated people coming after Rachel Roy which was an IG post she made about “Good hair, don’t care.” She totally thrust herself into the equation and seemed to lead people to believe that she was the “Becky with the good hair” that Beyonce sung about. I don’t think people…
I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt and assume that she knew this was being directed at her gender vs. her profession. It is from her pov after all and is not for others to police.
Nah. WOC here. Rape jokes are not funny. Especially when being used to shut up another woman. I give up on Azealia.
The charges were dismissed.
The sad thing is that some (white) people can only hear this type of thing from another white person’s mouth. That is the only way it has validity.
I think you can tell by the reactions that her singing isn’t going over well. I don’t think the spectacle of her singing is as important as what she thought about herself, why she wanted to do it, and how others reacted not just to her singing but to her.
The more I see how the Prosecution and LAPD bungled this case, the better I feel about the verdict.
