Lawyer here! I can tell you authoritatively that police officers are not supposed to shoot people for "breaking the law". Aside from that, police officers have in the past stopped, detained or arrested people who were not, as it turned out, actually breaking any laws, because sometimes that happens.

He carried a toy. Not a gun.

you don't have to break the law to be arrested and charged with a crime...

Which laws did Tamir Rice break? He played with a toy gun in an open-carry state.

yup. Cops never lie and lawyers are free. Probably don't have work on those court days either. Especially if you fight the charge, you won't needlessly have your day in court delayed in hopes that you'll give up or be unable to fight it (due to wanting to keep that job that completely understands why you cannot work

"As mentioned previously, all proceeds will go to Save the Children Japan, with Sony matching the amount raised by the console."

Uh...if they take Apple Pay, they take all NFC payments, you're thinking CurrentC for that "closed, proprietary payment system on a closed, proprietary platform"...Apple Pay uses what Google Wallet does...but hate on all you want.

You know, I was on the fence about Apple Pay, and I still won't say that it has necessarily REVOLUTIONIZED the way I pay... but I will admit that, after having it for a few months, I find myself often saying "ug, I wish this place took Apple Pay." It is more convenient (for me).

Not the snake he was looking for.

Super Metroid is a masterpiece.

I'm sure Rockstar will fix this glitch in the next patch.

Depends on if the Lawyers can prove that the purchasers willfully knew that it was a way to scam them at first (the second and third image could definitely be construed that way). Then they'd probably get slapped with Receipt of Stolen Goods, which is a misdemeanor and I'm sure they'd end up with liability of damages

I'm not a fan of dishonesty as a general rule, but considering that Wal-Mart's "price matching" is one of their key weapons to choke out smaller retail competition, I can't say I'm too sad if the tactic occasionally bites back.

Walmart deserves to be GOT anyway possible. They pay their employee's slave wages. I'm gonna go try this now.

Yeah, I was thinking this too. Probably not a fantastic idea to be tweeting about how you defrauded a multi-billion dollar company, they tend to have lawyers.

PFFFT. You need to abuse the system wherever possible. People that think they are doing something noble or full of integrity by not haggling or using the system to their benefit are just suckers.

I do appreciate this level of sinister trickery. I do not feel bad for Wal*Mart's profits, as I'm sure they're a big boy and can handle a bit of technically-okay grifting. I think I'm okay with this.

Needs more flags.

OH THANK GOD, here I am thinking that when you say "Don't Use Real Rabbits as Your Smartphone Case" you meant "Don't Skin Rabbits & Stuff Them & Change Them into Your Smartphone Case"

Cats make bad iphone cases. If they fall, they land on their feet. Which would mean your phone would fall. Bunnies do not have that problem.
