It's complicated for everyone who thinks HS is scum. No one wants to wish for the death of a human being, and suicide is tragic and never, ever the answer. But. It is hard to care about such a manipulative fucking asshole, you know? That twitter meltdown was textbook manipulation. He blames everyone but himeself. And

And I will say, I kind of like the way they've chosen to do it.

So I disagree with you a little bit here - my parents thought my future prospects were to live in Scranton and become a Wife and Mother. They gave me a first name that screams LOW CLASS UPBRINGING HERE, because where they lived, it wasn't like I was going to get a professional job or something.

I literally just left portland. And though this has nothing to due with this story. I passed a church that had a tombstone out front for the "innocent victims of abortions." I was really shocked. Anyways this sucks and I hate people that do shit like this. Got to love how some planned parenthoods have to have painted

Well, I have to get back to work and I am now repeating myself... But as a last comment before I go, we're not talking about teasing. We're talking about a different level of difficulty—the reality of living in a world where people have a problem with various aspects of religion. Maybe this kid will want to spend

Hypocrisy is the cornerstone of today's conservatism. :-D Have a nice day.

I don't agree at all with the judge's reasoning for denying the name. I don't think it should be possible for a judge to use religion in decision-making...

Depends on the jurisdiction - in a lot of places, judges are appointed.

Even with "elected" judges, in many places (like New York City, where I live) judicial "elections" are uncontested. Up here, the lawyers who give the most money to the Democratic County committee get put on the ballot as judges, and get cross

Maybe they could have just changed the spelling?

Yeah, it seems pretty awful. The second time I was in short-term inpatient care (for bipolar, not schizophrenia), the lady in the room next to mine was schizophrenic, and would wake up the whole ward in the middle of the night screaming because she saw someone outside of her window trying to break in and kill her.

Related to this: why do we all always have to pretend that we love our jobs? I just got back from a conference, which was generally great, and I do like what I do in that it's interesting and I'm pretty good at it, but the running theme seemed to be "be PASSIONATE about your job!" Especially since we work for

I just rolled my eyes so hard I injured myself.

Your use of a Johnny Bravo GIF makes me so happy. Well played.

Really? He can't even spell "right" properly? reaaaallllyyy? Anyway, I tried to make a post on groupthink today but couldn't figure out how. Is it only for people who aren't in the greys?

Come to groupthink, lemon.

*goes to groupthink*

Apparently he badly needs an editor. :|

Insert Clever Name is joking, babe. :)
