I’m quite certain your expertise is in demand, because counties laws can be very cryptic. I live in a burb with a HOA and hate it, so I want to buy 5-10 acres away from established neighborhoods. My main motivation is building a big ass shop and not having neighbors (or anyone else) telling me what I can or cannot

yup, the cheap stuff

You have to drive a LOT to justify owning a diesel, the new hatchbacks (e.g. Mazda 3) get 40mpg and use RUG. Given the typical price differential between RUG and diesel fuel you’re usually better off with a gasser. But then again, the torque in a diesel is awful nice..

Jail and a fine isn’t enough, he needs to learn a lesson. Strap him down and make him watch last night’s debate from beginning to end.

I like the drivers comments.. something hockey something something body check

I can’t get past the huge ugly front grill, I’ll never buy a Lexus for this reason alone.

I buy my oil filters on Amazon for $5

Millenials fighting to pay whatever it takes and more, to, you know, be there. Do they own cars?

LOL, love the reference to Ballard

Can you please explain the pulling into the turning lane thing? I lived in Portland for five years and never experienced this. Scares the shit out of me expecting the dude to cut in front of me.. nope, just chilling here in the middle of the road until I see a break in traffic.

And one more anecdote, and it is really amusing. Pull up to a four way stop and NO ONE wants to take the initiative and move along. No, please, you go. No no no, really, I insist please go ahead. I had a friend from Boston visiting and he couldn’t believe it, he’s screaming “what the fuck????” as we sat at a four

I’m far from racist, my point is as the Puget Sound explodes it seems that the new folks have poor driving skills. One thing I’ve really noticed that I find absolutely bizarre: people pull out in the middle of the road and sit there in the turning lane waiting to hop into the flow of traffic. I’ve never, ever seen

And where have all these recent transplants come from? Hint, it’s not another state, it’s a far away country. My God the drivers in and around Seattle are fucking brutal.. they might write great code but they have no business being behind the wheel.

Aaron Rodgers

Holy fuck, they made it uglier. I didn’t think it was possible, but they’ve really outdone themselves (and copying the Leaf color palette doesn’t give them a pass). People are going to buy this ungodly piece of shit and I’ll have to look at them everywhere I go; there should be either a law against selling them here,

yes indeed, 2.7L with a 5-speed. Installed the Porsche short shifter and BMC shift cables, it’s a blast to drive!

A new airbag, top up the oil, and a bonus headgasket for your trouble, sir.

I have a 2007 Cayman 5-speed and I daily the car but I also work from home and can pick & choose when I go out, a must because Seattle traffic is often the worst in the nation. Unless the engine grenades I’ll be keeping the Cayman forever, it’s that good. I also own a Jetta TDI with DSG that’s going back to VW

My 2007 base Cayman agrees with you sir

My brother did that, lost two fingers kinda like Jason Pierre-Paul
