If it works anything like the shuttle/ISS toilet, the civilians ain’t gonna like it. ;) It requires.. Very precise alignment in order to not make a mess, such that astronauts have to train to use it with a toilet simulator that includes a camera to show them when their anus is properly aligned.

My 4x4 truck with ATs sure does better in than my fwd Camry. Someone in those comments also said you can’t drive in 4wd, which is bologna.

It’s jalopnik. Facts are not really important. Clickbait sells ads.

I’m not sure if I 100% agree with the pickup-in-the-snow comment. Yes, the weight balance is not as good, but I currently have a pickup and an alltrack, both of which run snow tires. I find the truck to be better in the snow because of weight. The rear has a limited slip to deal with any traction loss but the truck

In terms of production design, Fury Road is such a masterpiece.

Also, Lola, anything by the Scissor Sisters, and American Idiot in its entirety.

Saw it on reddit sums up this site as of late. No journalism anymore. Just a click bait title and someone else’s labor if we can call it that.

I’ve seen this upgrade before and now, as then, the owner is clearly a fucking asshole. If that isn’t illegal where they live (it is where I live) it should be.

Yeah, but then by the time you need it it’s so rusted in place you’ll never get it out without a torch.    No thanks.  I’ll keep it inside out of the salt.

I hate how trucks do it.  Who wants to wedge themselves partially under the rear bumper to wrestle a dirty spare tire from behind the bumper?

Somebody checked their carrion?

That doesn’t make them better though. Electric are generally smoother and allow more control with a brake controller. Surge are great because they work with all vehicle types

Preach! I hate this crap. I want to control my HVAC with a dial while I am looking at the road.

Or rear-ended?  I can’t tell from the pictures but is there some way to secure the mobility chair to the floor of the vehicle or would it just end up crushing the rear seat occupants on its way out the rear window in such a collision?

My favorite as a kid was rolling up next to a nice car, signalling to the driver to roll down their window, then loudly exclaiming, “PARDON ME SIR, DO YOU HAVE ANY GREY POUPON?!?!?!”

Texas, where we’ll try our hardest to shoot you in the face while we try our hardest to keep you from getting a shot in the arm

Hey, what’s a guy gotta do to get shot in the face around here??

Well I will never buy a GM vehicle again. Seatbelts aren’t the COVID vaccine. The only person I can hurt by not buckling up is myself, and I have every right to make that call. I live in a condo building, I pull up to a loading area, unload my groceries into a cart then drive a few hundred yards to my parking space. I

I’d love this when I’m backing my car out of the garage to get it out of the way of something I’m working on, or when I move it from the driveway to the garage, or when I’m moving it to get another car out, or doing one of the million other things that don’t really require a seat belt.

It’s not that it is difficult for me to fix it, it’s the concern that if the owner didn’t take care of something that easy and obvious what else is half assed on the truck
