In this application I suspect the maintenance procedure will be, remove the rotary engine, throw it away, install new (non-rotary) engine.....

Also, if it is dark outside, turn on the dome light.  Cops get a lot more relaxed when they can see inside the vehicle and know they are not about to be ambushed.  If you have dark tinted windows, and weather permitting, roll em down.  All of them.

Because body shaming someone you don’t like = GOOD and body shaming someone you like = BAD.

I have always heard this problem referred to as “Shipwrights Disease”

Just because it has “autopilot” does not mean it is an airplane.

Wouldn’t it be easier to fit all emergency vehicles like this:

As a resident of smaller city with a shitty public transportation system I have to disagree. Here at least the buses DO have stops out in the suburbs, but if I try to get to work that way it takes over an hour to get to a place that is only 12 miles away.

Automatic headlights, of any variety, should be illegal. We have bred a whole generation of drivers to damn stupid to turn their headlights on when needed. This is especially true on cloudy days, in fog, in the morning or evening, in deeply wooded areas, parking garages, etc. Every automatic headlight system ever made

Do they offer this as a truck?

I put the 1500 thrust washers in the category of proper maintenance. Yes you need to check crank end-float every 20k or so miles. But doing so is not difficult. With a dial indicator and a helper it is a 10 minute job. My 1500 has 50k on the clock and has had 1 thrust washer change. The stock original thickness was

As the current owner of a ‘76 Spitfire with the original drive train, I have to say you are mistaken about the reliability of these cars.  The 1500 four when properly maintained is pretty much bullet-proof.  In fact I have owned mine for more than 15 years and the only mechanical issues I have had came form

I say this with all due respect and in the spirit of open discord.

Nowhere near as bad as most of the above, but when I was in high school in ‘93 Ford was trying to sell the Festiva to recent grads. So about a month after graduation I got an offer in the mail for a $50 savings bond if I would go for a test drive. Bear in mind that $50 bond was only worth $25 but I was a broke HS

So it’s ok to take pictures of people you don’t like or disagree with to shame them online, but just not “good” people? Let me ask this. Did this website and all of its affiliates get prior permission from the subject of every photo it has posted online. I seem to recall a lawsuit or two that suggest they did not. So

I can’t speak for the vast majority, but But having owned two “real” Blazer SUV’s I can say I definitely used them as intended. But what about these new crossovers? They are not as roomy as a minivan, can’t really go off-road, can’t tow much. What exactly is the “full potential” in these? I suspect the vast majority

CP.  At any price.  Ugly, weak, pointless. We need to get back to real SUV’s that can handle tow and terrain. Not these stupid things.

i have seen some stuff on CL that I had to call BS on, but his is by far the most audacious load I have ever seen. I am guessing this thing is about $3k over priced. I am also assuming the “clean” title is somehow lost or otherwise even more fishy than the ad. Most relevant fact, it has been for sale at this price for

That car (now featuring Tony Kannan) is one to watch. A former winner, he was also the fastest on Carb Day. Takuma Sato had a good month too, but I am less sure about his ride this year.

You couldn’t find a picture of an Indy car? You know they are different right?

This looks errily like MCM’s SubarUte. At least those guys had enough sense not to put a spoiler on a Ute.
