Except the reviewer seems to indicate this ISN'T hate-watchable, so…D-?

To the end that fleshed out characters are more entertaining to watch in and of themselves and thus contributed positively to your viewing experience?

Is that like a Snarktopus?

Damn him and his super classy, well-articulated reasons for wanting to leave us!

Sterling Cooper Pryce Draper?

The internet is nothing if not an Ouroboros.

It makes sense if you've read the books.

You've essentially proven the point the article is addressing.

It's never better than when it lets Spacey chew the scenery, so please, chew away, good sir!

Shona's, like, a…what's the female equivalent of a Brony?

My only disappointment in that was that the song wasn't Wham!'s "Last Christmas". It would have been the cherry on top of this perfect sundae.

Plus "I met you in a dream" screams Moffat as far as companion origin stories go.

Shona for 13th Doctor!

I did, in fact, miss your mention of Scorch. Sorry bout that.

Actually, now that I think about it, mentality like this is part of the reason that strong black/gay/female characters will continue to be favored for dramatic death on shows like this. Let me lay it out.

White male deaths don't count when you're trying to argue about how shows only kill minority characters and women, silly!

Well, to be fair (and actually give it some credit), most of the choices of significant characters to kill on Sleepy Hollow would have fulfilled that stereotype. At a certain point, when more than have your cast is African American, is it still perfunctory for one to die?

Best exchange:

Arrow doesn't do stingers.

But…that's conspicuous, right? It plays out like the studio was trying to save itself two thousand buckets by not hiring an under-five actor.
