A couple years back there was a similar MG with one of the prettier bodies & the same engine on the local CL for $7k. That was tempting.
I’m aware of BPC... A tuned 530d (or US 535d) is roughly equivalent to a stock 535d. I’d much rather have the extra power in a stock car with a warranty, then be able to tune it later for an additional 50hp and 100lbft.
The 335d was brought to the US from 2009-2011 with production numbers under the 10,000 mark. The Diesel sedan is rare, I am lucky enough to have one.
Low end torque is a very practical thing once you’re driving.
Thing is an RS3 is $65 - $70K before dealer markups, and the TTRS is $70 - $75K. So it’s not entirely comparable. Also, reviews suggest the TTRS isn’t as good on a track as a 718S, and the RS3 isn’t in the same league due to the greater weight. Power, sure, but not the same level of composure.
The one they drove around last night at the Tesla event says otherwise.
You put a sub-2500 Miata in front of this group? Talk about a lack of suspense. You’re walking into a prison with a handful of pardons.
Or simply remove it and attach it to a similar car as his own.
Because Lucas Electrics also made refrigerators.
Oh look! We found the cop!
Yeah, having the ability to carry your bikes around is so pretentious.
You’re blaming it solely on the banks that ‘held the economy hostage’ when really it was the government who did it all. They (congress) created the environment, they wrote bad loans and gave it the loans high ratings. All this was done by government sponsored entities and then it was exacerbated by banks. Banks were…
I can’t find anything in any of the reports that say the two individuals had canes or guide dogs, so “how did the thieves know the cars owner was black?” I’m going to go with, they fucking saw him.
young white blonde girl in a nice car
They should have shot her. Equal rights!!!!!
You should be “the man” in perpetuity for this apt observation.
Cars and Earl Grey just isn’t the same.
Other mechanical goodies include 911 Turbo brakes with an aftermarket electric power brake system, Koni dampers, and Turbo Twist wheels. The engine install looks clean and there's nothing seemingly asshat about it- no filterless intake, freak show wiring, or signs that a 356 owner has taken a dump in there in protest.
