I don’t need the tow bar so that goes on Craigslist to make back some of the money.

Full Disclosure. I am a TCU grad, which makes me one of Baylor’s mortal enemies.

Go find a copy of The Gumball Rally. It’s an earlier and much better version of all the Cannonball movies.

THIS is why I love NPorCP! I really would never buy this but I went NP because I think it’s a hell of a deal and I want you to show more like this.

‘...says Jalopnik’s physics expert Dr. Stephen Granade:’

Missed only one day. I am focusing on form, so for me it’s how many pushups can I do with good form before things fall apart. I just moved from 10 to 12. I am hoping for 20 by the end of the month.

I would agree. This is one of my favorite reads, every day. My son and I often talk about whatever was featured. However, it seems like we are seeing a lot of cars that are just overpriced and not particularly interesting otherwise.

+1. Either that or a category for ‘now that I am finished laughing at how stupid the asking price is, here’s how much I would really pay.’

+1 for making Edd China a verb.

Right with you dude. If I was going to do a project car I would find one that I might actually find parts for and care about.

I had my car in for repair at CarMax for an extended period of time.(Not CarMax’s fault. The Ford dealer they had doing the work was the issue.) During that time CarMax gave me some loaners, many of which were Journey’s. I wonder how many of those purchased were fleet or rental cars?

The Dallas Cowboys’ quarterback during the strike was Kevin Sweeney. When the Danny White took over at QB after a couple of games I remember watching the game and hearing fans chanting:

I find this the moral equivalent of Baseball cards. Baseball cards were small pieces of cardboard that you could trade or put on your bike spokes to make noise. Then people discovered you could make money off them and decided to buy them new and never open them, in the hopes that the price would eventually go up. I

My kids are now 19 and 17, both amazing. I went through this years ago and came to the same conclusion.

I am going with NP on the idea that yes, putting it up for sale at $4k is a viable starting point. Don’t expect to get that much money for it though. At $2K or maybe $2500 this could be a viable project or errand runner/throwaway project.

I was beginning to dig this up until I read:

Great project if the price was better, but overpriced as it is. Plus, it needs to come with tighty whities so you can dance like Tom Cruise in Risky Business.

Although I don’t completely disagree with you there are some things that Twitter is still useful for. The National Weather Service local offices are very active, as are several local municipalities and police and fire departments. Twitter is often my first notification of impending bad weather or updates, or traffic
