I don’t think it has anything to do with our “insatiable desire for more than we need” than in our insatiable desire for more than we should eat! We simply can’t fit into an old school Fiat 500 if we wanted too. Speaking for myself, at least...

Rise up gather round
Rock this place to the ground
Burn it up, let’s go for broke
Watch the night go up in smoke
Rock on Rock on
Drive me crazier, no serenade
No fire brigade, just pyromania (c’mon)

Yep. Mike Skinner from good old Daytona Beach. You know, the World Center of Racing. He’s the man!

We never saw them when they finished (ab)using them!

No. I’m suggesting that how they used, and abused, the Reliant Robins is!

I bet Legal (or the BBC) won’t let them use the Reliant Robins because it was on their old show. Hell, Priusus are more fun to destroy. I cannot wait for them to blow one up!

Hey, mid-bowl tickets are in the $200-250 range with no children’s discount. That’s $600-$750 without parking, food and souvenir’s. So, yes, $1,000 is reasonable for the 3 of us and guaranteed if I include my wife I’ve sat lower and you end up watching the Jumbotron rather than the race. I’m too old to go cheap!

I take my boys to at least one Xfinity or truck race a year. They don’t know any of those series drivers, but want to see Dale, Kyle, Danica, or whoever they hear about at school and on TV. I’m not shelling out $1,000+ for the 3 of us to go to the Cup race, sorry. So the big names are our draw to the lesser series.

Steve Machett’s “A Mechanics Tale” is an incredible view of what goes on in an F1 garage! His trilogy is an excellent behind the scenes to F1, though a bit dated today.

Suspect caught after Chief Chitwood made chase and apprehended as one of his last official duties as Daytona Beach Police Chief! Next up, Volusia County Sheriff!

These are my peeps! Well, no, not really! I just live here....

I wish we could afford for you to be right, but unfortunately, your point just is not true! Most manufacturing in the US is done by small companies. I know that as a fact. I run a factory with 75 people making electrical components which you do have in your home. There is a very good chance you actually have one

What is really scary is how many people here, in these comments at least, really have no understanding of even basic economics and have no idea what they are talking about. I guess that shows the sad state of our education system. Either that or their just Trolls and I’m too old... I’m not going to even attempt to

Uh, the most of Fords stockholders are “institutional investors” such as my wife’s father’s school retirement plan as well as their investments made by us little people. Don’t think for a moment only rich people make money when Ford does. If all the large companies start making less money, my retired mom has to go

Yes he is. His videos throughout the season are fun. Miss the mullet, though!

Great pic’s! Thanks!!

Congrats to Ricky! That makes it an almost as tough a day as Sebring, made difficult going from a P-car to a GTE. Plus, it’s hot in Texas. But, both Taylor brothers are rock solid racers with great personalities! I’d love to see one do a test in an Indycar!!

I thought I saw that the Toyota received a drive through penalty for that move! Crossing into the pit merge, crossing that solid white line, is not allowed and puts other cars re-entering the race at risk.

Thank you for sharing your experiences. I’m glad your ok and getting better. This is a MUST READ for any one who plays any contact sport or sports where crashing is a serious possibility. I played rugby for 10 years and we were all tough guys, in public in any case. I now ride bicycles (road and mountain) and have
