Today’s word is “ungapatchka.”

Guy here in the Twin Cities did the same conversion but to a Mk4 Jetta wagon. Seems like if you were going to go through all the trouble, that path makes more sense to me that a regular 5-door hatch.

Test-drove one when they were new. Really liked it; it felt like the grown-up version of my 1985 Honda Prelude (the OG Legend coupe a buddy of mine had did, too).
