“However, this is a little different from Game Of Thrones, which ended its six seasons...”

I’m sure they have the same issue with Kubrick being so Kubricky, right?

This Gen X’er is here for it.

She just wants everyone to fit into a pretty little box, with zero individuality or personality.

If you look at the ages of the owners with the most stocks and/or are on the board of directors, it totally makes sense. Let’s just say it makes sense why that ad feels like it was written by boomers. And, of course, anyone who would know that the ad makes no sense pretty obviously doesn’t give a shit.

Glad to see Infinity Train recognized as one of the great shows that got removed. WB removing this show probably pissed me off more than all of the others combined. Well, that and Snowpiercer.

I donated my car to Make-A-Wish since my city has decent public trans and I rarely actually used my car. But what’s in my neighborhood, food wise, is limited (or just not good). I also try to cook at home as much as possible. But I’m not taking two bus transfers across the city to a decent restaurant because I felt

This has been a complaint for years. I don’t understand why this site can’t do the bare minimum of providing a link to the very thing they’re writing about. Thank you for doing so.

“At the sentence level, [Sanderson] is no great gift to English prose,” Kehe writes. “He writes, by one metric, at a sixth-grade reading level.”

The show isn’t too anti-Christian for Levy, I guess.

Looks like grandpa got into the cough medicine again...

When I was at UCLA in the early 90's, Campbell came to campus for a storytelling/Q&A session. Someone asked “do you just sit back and watch all your films?” in what I assumed was a way implying how awesome his films are (which they are). He responded with something like “no, because unlike you, I have a life”, which

I wish this show was more widely known because it’s pretty great.

There are dozens of us!

I dont know. Dave Bautista seems like a good dude who seems serious about actually acting and seems to go after, and has gotten, a varitety of different roles. But I guess time will tell since many of us thought the same about The Rock.

Wasnt there a point when the chuds whined about boycotting Walmart(?) a while back about who the fuck remembers at this point? And most of us found it laughable because where the fuck else are they gonna shop? I dont rememeber Walmart(?) acquiescing so surely that boycott is still on going, right?

Thanks for putting those two works right in the article title when you absolutely didn’t have to.
