We get this presumably pricey and terrible spin-off but not a second season of relatively un-pricey and great I Am Not Okay With This. Let’s cancel small but beloved shows to burn money on obviously terrible things like the live action Cowboy Bebop. I know the idea is to find shows that make a big spash and can be…

Yeah, no free time at all. Especially for the literal seconds it took to post a Tweet! You tell ‘em, hoss! /s
Are we really calling Halt and Catch Fire’s first season lackluster?
I’m so into this.
Jufran and chicken nuggets/tenders is ridiculously great. I also get the spicy Jufran though.
I’ve been thinking about getting a Costco membership. As stupid as it is, them carrying Rao’s at the price may be the thing that pushed me to actually do so.
I didnt believe the Rao’s hype but, yeah, it lived up to it, at least for me. Its just difficult for me to spend $10 on jarred pasta sauce just for me. I’d definitely buy it again if I were feeding someone else or ‘treating;’ myself.
Hmmm. I’ll try to check it out this weekend and see what impression I get.
YUP.
This is both equal parts cool and sad.
There are plenty of examples of shows with talented casts having lackluster initial seasons only to turn it around into something special (The Office; Parks & Rec; Halt & Catch Fired; etc.). Obviously the opposite is also true but my point is that I’m giving this a show a chance and not just writing it off.
I didnt hate the way it started but starting when Lawrence wakes up with both her and the audience having no idea what happened is more interesting. The obvious ending would then be for her presented with the same decision Pratt had about her character and then cutting to black.
