Thx. I’m disregarding any life situations for ‘normal’ people like having kids, needing to take public transportation, always on call for work, etc. in my agreement with Phil and was mostly acknowledging that he’s correct in situations of the privileged and people of means, like Barrymore.

FYI: putting the captions after the thing you’re referring while the captions for the previous item are right directly the current one makes for annoying reading.

Fuck Dr. Phil.

These racists idiots only watch Fox News so they didn’t get the news update that we don’t take shit like this anymore and that there are actually consequences now, relatively speaking.

Nothing says class like the most recognizable drink made from your product is mixed with soda.

Sandy’s reactions really made this vid.

This is more localized but driving in San Francisco is a mix of GTA-style pedestrians, bicycles, and scooters on one way streets from hell while tying to avoid every manner of double parked vehicles and trying not let the tourists annoy you as they try to figure all that shit out in real time and the residents ignore

Everything’s bigger in Texas...including moving violations!

It’s two different people. Yeah, it turned into a mess but OGTV just wanted to be anonymous and sued because the videographer used his likeness to sell merch. It was some early internet shit. We were so innocent (comparatively).

Hypnotoad did it better:

“...react irrationally at seeing Black excellence and joy.”

I don’t foresee anything going wrong with allowing the public access to things that will handle or hold food, like conveyor belts and lockers.

Yeah, their were a godsend for me since I no longer own a car and I’ve been very hesitant to get a zipcar and drive to the grocery store for items I couldn’t get at my local store (which is an Asian grocer). But I hated myself every time. Just went to TJ’s for the first time recently and feel better about doing so

Maybe it was time of day or whatever (~10:30 am on a Friday) but my first time back to a TJ’s after quarantining (two weeks ago) was a breeze and delight. The one I usually go to is a few blocks from the office (which I had to go to that Friday morning) but it’s a busy corner and gets a lot of foot traffic. And almost

That was just an example and I wasn’t saying that was my situation nor that the law only applies to that specifically. The greater point being made was that third parties can also file harassment claims.

My neighbor growing up had a fig tree. From that direct personal expertise, the figs are comprised entirely of junebugs.

“Because,” he said, sipping his beer. “You wouldn’t believe how many kids tripped over it. Just like a massive amount of kids, one after another, going down in the lawn.”

Would it taste like the Kahlua and Coke it looks like?

“...the US will “never be a socialist country...”

That’s not how sexual harassment works, at least in California. A third party can be witness to, or be the victim of, harassment. And I believe it’s to protect against power dynamics and basically eliminate the pressure to recant a claim higher up can directly or indirectly apply to a subordinate.
