Yeah, I was in a league like that. We went winless. The only consolation was that most of the teams would hit up the same bar near the field after games and they were all pretty good people. Our games just became an excuse to hang out and drink.

What, you think softball is a fucking game, bro?!

I think I was born to move to Chicago based on this list. Also, I fucking love deep dish.

But does he have to answer his questions though? Couldn’t he just not respond or say ‘no comment’ or whatever whenever the guy asks him something? Why does it need to be this big show about banning the guy since. Seems overly sensitive about something pretty inconsequential and that’s kinda the point being made here,

“All of his friends and 98% of his players have normal sized mouths. He doesn’t have any problem with those mouths,” Sallee said. “He just doesn’t want to be seen as normal sized mouth guy.”

Needs more genocide...

JFC, go out and get some air...

I always +1 some little nerdiness in my sprotsball.

Them: “There are some people hanging a “Trump 2020” sign over the second deck in Oriole Park. Very little effort has seemingly been made to remove it despite a small “Take it down” chant breaking out.”

Said Gossage: “They got it so an [expletive] coming off the street who doesn’t even know what a damn baseball is can manage our sport. It’s like rotisserie baseball. These [expletives] won their rotisserie leagues at Harvard and all of those [expletive] schools and now they’re general [expletive] managers.”

This times infinity but also add in every fucking dipshit who also streams. And also punctuates every sentence with a “.., bro.” Their ubiquity makes my old-ass blood boil. Like, get a fucking real personality if you are someone who yells this every time something good/neat/etc.

“An apartment within walking distance of a bus stop costs $1500...”

Oh, look, we got a Cathartidae-ist here, folks. #notallvultures

“Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin said in a pregame interview with CBS that his team will not be on the field during the national anthem, in what he says is a gesture of unity that eliminates the individual players’ decisions of whether to sit, kneel, or stand during the anthem.”

Team USA should not have lost, especially by that margin, but it’s almost as if one team has much more incentive to beat the other in a scrimmage like this and would therefore hypothetically play much harder and with more energy and concentration.

I didn’t know John Gruden fights in the UFC!

Yeah, but it does feel a little bipolar-ish.

“Trump, sweating profusely, says “Hollywood is racist ... what they’re doing with the kind of movies they’re putting out — it’s actually very dangerous for our country.”
