@omegahelix: my GPS unit (magellan) doesn't charge via USB... the USB is only for data transfer to a computer.

@D0rk: my problem was that i had the flickr app in a "folder" using Categories... that is why it couldn't re-launch the flickr app. i guess it can't handle the "flickr://" protocol if the app is corralled by Categories.

@D0rk: i think authorization might be pretty simple... when it works.

@SuperSonik: i think the author did a fine job. i have no complaints. i'm just saying that just because someone has a degree from a university, that does NOT automatically make them a good writer. having a degree doesn't mean you have intellect or make you good at something.
