It certainly couldn't happen this season.
Maybe ABC should get Dana Delany on the phone and beg her to come back, because those 1.4s Body of Proof used to do aren't looking so bad anymore, are they?
Meanwhile, over on the broadcast networks, ABC has dropped The Assets after just two episodes.
Perhaps, but people have to know about the show in the first place to watch it later. There's no way to build enough buzz for a sitcom on Friday night following a show that no one watches (Raising Hope) to hope for it to be saved by delayed viewing.
As everyone predicted, the debut of Enlisted in the bizarre Friday at 9:30 time slot was a ratings disaster with a 0.7 in the demo. Nice work, Fox.
They were plugging it quite a bit during football the past couple of weeks, so it's not like they're treating it like a total burnoff, which just adds to the puzzlement.
I don't think Dads has even once drawn a better demo rating than B99, so it's hard to say Dads is protecting it.
OK, how on God's green Earth does Fox not pair this with Brooklyn Nine-Nine?
More offensive than Heil Honey I'm Home?
Wait, when did Clark become Ellen's grandfather?
Bought me a ticket
Show closed after one night
Got to the theater
And PFFFT it was goneā¦
(and a kickline dressed up like those animated pigs that used to scroll across the bottom of the screen)
My two biggest commercial-related annoyances are:
The endless commercials aren't a problem if you're watching six games at once, as any true NFL fan and/or gambling degenerate does.
Jan. 2 wasn't the most ideal of return dates, so hopefully people are still figuring out that it's back on.
If you like the Benny TV show, I can only encourage you to go online and download his radio shows, especially the ones between 1937-41. It's like the TV show but much faster paced, amazing stuff.
Community turned in some of its better ratings efforts the past couple of years there wasn't a new TBBT to compete with, so it certainly can't hurt.
1.4 rating and the highest total viewers of any show on NBC last night. Good to see the ratings actually climb from the premiere. Community's audience proves once again to be extremely loyal.
Most of the episodes are about 11 minutes long, so it would be very easy to catch up on, too.
