The 47% of people who have a sense of humor, they're never going to watch us, anyway.

The real behind-the-scenes horror show of cranking this stuff out must be too terrifying for public consumption.

I'm confident that this show will immediately make everything on the "Worst TV of 2013" list look like The Wire in comparison.

"…judging by the above photo it does include a teenage daughter character who’s probably just kinda going through some stuff…"

Samberg's nomination is especially shocking since a good portion of B99's fans like the show in spite of Samberg, not because of him.

At least they had the sense to nominate Masters Of Sex over Homeland.

Awesomely cool dude from the golden age of TV detective shows.

Or Belzer and Meloni, for that matter.

The best part of "Desmond Pfeiffer" for me was the comedic performance of Dann Florek. As Lincoln, he got the maximum number of laughs possible from this material, which would probably surprise anyone who just knew him from Law & Order.

SHIELD has lost more than 50% of its 18-49-year-old viewers since its premiere. So regardless of what any of the showrunners think about its quality, the audience is telling them in no uncertain terms that so far, SHIELD isn't cutting it.

I put them in the opposite order because for all its pedigree, SHIELD is still an ABC show and that network finds a way to make almost everything mediocre, so I wasn't totally surprised that it wasn't that good.

Agreed about this Final and I wonder exactly how the show goes about making the assessment that a potential FJ clue is sufficiently challenging without being overly difficult.

Jeopardy! thread for Wed., Dec. 11 - Champ Meredith edged away in DJ but couldn’t quite turn it into a runaway, so it was still a game as the players faced this Final:

If we were choosing the "Most Disappointing TV of 2013", I'd give it to The Michael J. Fox Show by a nose over Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Its ratings are now down about 56% from its debut. They gotta find a way to retool this thing next season.

On the last episode they had a party where Olivia announced she passed the sergeant's exam, finishing no. 48 out of 8,000.

Cragen has been missing from a lot of episodes over the past year without explanation, so they've already partially written him off.

From his contract!

I think he dies of embarrassment when someone he has to fire asks if it's because she's a lesbian.

Another real-world development this accurately reflects: network TV budget-cutting.
