Wow. These things look bad-ass. It makes a Raptor look like a base Taco.

I’m gonna say this is super staged. A supermoto can go much faster than the ~40 mph they were going in this pursuit and he gave up because... the cop almost pulled up to him? Not sure of the motivation for the clip, though; it wasn’t funny, and it wouldn’t deter anyone from running from the cops.
No such thing as a #FREER6 lunch.
I already pointed out that your hypothetical scenario was unrealistic. People don’t start trashing mailboxes and keying cars and kicking dogs because the owner of that property is standing near them brandishing a weapon.
Impeding traffic is a moving violation, not a felony.
Yeah, good logic: if some isn’t racist and a bigot, then they must be pro-terrorism.
Your first bike will never be your best bike, for several reasons. But you’ll always romanticize your memories of it down the road.
The Z driver never escalated beyond being an annoying dick.
Wow, you sound like the definition of a sociopath. Even in your ridiculous example (which doesn’t remotely relate to the road rage in this article), the destruction of property isn’t cause for assault. The only part of your off-base TP’ing-gone-bad hypothetical that may justify getting physical is defending your pet.…
That’s hard enough when you’re standing next to your 700 lb bike. Now imagine trying to get your pinned leg out from under it!
If you don’t show up to work/school/home people usually wonder.
They could’ve just replaced it with a cobb pipe and called him Popeye.
They butchered one of the best looking modern cars on the road, both in styling and drive train. I miss my B8.5 S5 6-speed. :-(
I fully understand that the ADA doesn’t advocate for the able-bodied. The ADA fights for the disabled to have the same rights and accommodations as the able-bodied. The problem with this lawsuit is that driving is not a right and McD offers the same accommodations to anyone.
Driving isn’t a right.
Wow. I didn’t know it was my choice to not own a car while attending college in San Francisco. I didn’t realize I CHOSE to be poor and have nowhere to park a car in my neighborhood, could I afford one.
No one is saying the ADA applies to the able bodied. What we ARE saying, repeatedly, is that the disabled do not need any special protection from the ADA in this instance, because they are not treated any differently than an able-bodied person.
For the umpteenth time: This applies to anyone without access to their own car. There is nothing for the ADA to protect against here, as it is not specifically/exclusively affecting a protected class.
And that’s just it. The presumption of unequal access to a car. The drive thru isn’t for anyone with sight; its for anyone with access to a car, either as a driver or passenger. Thanks in large part to the ADA, the plaintiff has the same access to public transportation as everyone, including Uber and taxis. He does…
That’s my point! The fact the able-bodied are EQUALLY affected by the hours is why there is no issue with public accommodations.
