I think they should go smaller than 9/10th F-150. maybe consider 7/10th or 8/10s to get the weight way down and the milage way up.

I voted no becasue they are way to common. Even up here in CT. I have 3 friends that own them, and I see at least 2 every day driving around.
when I had a truck that was a 5-speed my mom (a truck driver) would yell at me (i was 26 at the time) every time i got out with it running and the parking brake on. I learned that every time I got out, truck gets turrned off, put in gear, parking brake set.
