I am not sure whats even being argued here? Longevity of hardcore as a musical genre, or as a subculture/scene, or is it specifically about nostalgia acts?

I was at this- it was really neat. Nice to hear it a lot clearer sound wise (and my brain wise- they were giving out lots of free beer).

We used to go there because it was open late, and you could smoke (not really, but no one would stop us.) Never appreciated it for the film until it was too late.
