Fair enough. I'd have to see more about how they look in action, they just don't seem very ninja-like to me yet.

Sure there is. Unless you think whitewashing is simply fanboy griping.

The problem isn't a connected origin, it's an overload of connections. I don't care if any of those things happen individually, but ALL of them is too much.

Well, the logic of giant mutated ninja turtles is pretty irrelevant. I just care about aesthetics, and the turtle designs just scream Battletoads to me, not Ninja Turtles

What I mean by 'top' heavy were the proportions and placement of the shell. Take a look at any other turtle design and you'll see that they're lower to the ground and look more realistic because of it. Leo looks about three feet thick in that image, and about 7 feet tall with four of those feet being legs. Shrink

There is a difference between fanboy griping and legitimate concerns. The turtle designs look bad and top heavy, they look like hunchbacks in half the images. They whitewashed the Shredder. They've gone the 'everyone is connected' route by making April's Dad and the Shredder create the turtles. Everything else is

Assassins Creed V: Les Assassinables

You know, it's funny, because I've only heard the lazy couch potatoes complain about being 'emasculated'.

Oh! Go back further. The current guardians isn't as good, and they keep trying to hook it to the earth characters. Read Annihilation (the event) and go from there.

Maybe it's because I ended up writing a guide for MGS 3, but I could beat it in about 4-5 hours. On all difficulties :P

So... you guys all realize that Metal Gear Solid is only about two hours of gameplay long, too, right? Maybe all the way up to 4 if you're extremely careful. All of the games are less than six hours long sans cutscenes. Considering I liked the early portions of 2 enough to replay it multiple times, I really don't

The worst I've had is a boss talking about completely inappropriate things at work, I've never actually been hit on (to put it in context, all my bosses save one were female). The one terrible boss I had held long conversations with her friend about her breast implants, cheating on her husband, etc, in graphic

Nah, it was just a lot of the gameplay felt awkward and stilted. I was a big PC gaming fan back then but I really can't get back into them with all the advances since then.

That's pretty much what I figured. The only time I ever remember them being a big deal was in the first Rogue Squadron game.

I thought that was in contention?

I know, right?

Can anyone point me to a good plot summary of the previous games? I tried playing them, but they're too clunky these days for me to get into them.

I meant Original Trilogy timeframe. I didn't think the E-Wings came about until a few years after RotJ.

Yaaay TIE Defender! By far my favorite ship.
