It takes a lot to get me to watch Josh Gad. My love of Veep wasn’t enough to get me to watch his new HBO show, and my absolute adoration of Bob’s Burgers and Home Movies isn’t enough to get me to watch this.

This episode is the most I have ever liked Villanelle. I loved her doing right by her brothers at the end

It was pretty but fondant tastes terrible.

Indeed. One of those actresses you don’t always think of, but who has been tops in everything I’ve ever watched her in.

I’m so happy this isn’t a turd! The trailers have been dreamy, and it’s at the top of my quarantine viewing list. And Rebecca Hall! Skipped most of this write up (I’ll come back this weekend) to keep it fresh, just wanted to throw a little rah-rah love down here.

RIP Mulan. You thought you could survive the Hong Kong protests, but the Coronavirus will eventually catch up to ya.

Not for US and Japan.

Are you telling me that Games Radar, a video-game centric website, just like Kotaku, a video-game centric website, gave a more favourable review to a video-game movie than a movie-centric website that reviews a much wider range of movies? Well that’s just crazy talk!

I haven’t listened yet, but I think it is the first - and she is basically producing it but different people are doing the stories.  The Song of the South was the last season.

The article leaves out that one accuser testified under oath that Weinstein had a vagina and no balls.

Yeah, it’s definitely my default. I love his other work but this movie is what flashes in my mind.

Is this really a controversy? Women have done and still do the voices for male cartoon characters but Bobby Hill and Bart Simpson aren’t ever the catalysts of clickbait articles. I think the race aspect is a lot more problematic and worth discussing.

I’m sorry you feel that way :(

If it’s that outside dick, it keep them hoes sick

Not one of the series better concepts but I laughed a lot, so there’s that.

See, I feel like the problem here (with the review) is sort of expecting too much. People probably have seen that cut and past joke “you must have a high iq to appreciate Rick and Morty.”

The weird thing here is that it feels like this review sort of forgets... like it buys into the critical hype. The show was funny

God this show’s so fucking good.

yeah it was an awesome reminder that even though he is deeply damaged/sensitive, he’s a “Mask” for a reason: like Angela, Red Scare and Pirate Jenny, LG kicks. ass.

At the end of the episode, Omera and Mando keep referring to Baby Yoda as “He.” So, we guess that question is settled.”

Good writing is not about being surprised. Of course we knew the Mandalorian was going to get out of it. Writing is about empathizing with the characters in moments of high drama.
