I remember when they brought Bryan Fuller back to heroes to try to save the show. It was for the last 2 or 3 episodes of the season, but there was hope after that. Sadly Bryan left right after and we got the last season of heroes which wasn't as bad, but not very good.
I felt this episode had plenty of callbacks to the films. Besides Hannibal's joke, Dollarhyde was wearing the half mask like Noonan in manhunter and Hannibal reading a book lying down on his bed is the same way we first see Brian Cox as Hannibal. There might have been others, but I saw those movies a long time ago.
I would like a Fox emails leak
Balloonman should be a legacy villain, with new identity and more outrageous balloon ideas every season. Frankly, he will be the only original villain who will be remembered from this show, but for all the wrong reasons.
The scenes with Dollarhyde have a much stronger impact here than in the movie versions of red dragon. The show has taught us that the murderers and the detective stuff are secondary to the workings of the human psyche.
It gets exciting on episode 10 (you have to work your way up though)
It was difficult to guess they shared the same birthday because the actors ages all vary wildly and it shows. But maybe their average age is indeed 30 like in the show.
Actually the director's cut removes the opening narration completely. The director mentions the studio put it there because they believed audiences were stupid and would be confused
Dark city turns a bit better in the director's cut, but that one's already great…
However it turns out, Nolanites will mark it as the greatest short film documentary ever. Maybe if Netflix shows it I'll put it on my list (aka those movies I always say "not today")
Great, now I can not see either show in only one time slot
Most Pixar films are overrated
He could be the new uncle Ben
That's a lot of nuts
Reminds me a lot about what they did in Episodes. First Saturdays, to avoid competition from that talking dog, then off schedule, but hoping to come back, then off schedule. And last, ordering 6 more episodes which would never air, just to mess up with Matt Leblanc.
or crime itself fighting a helmet and the battle is worn by diggle
Hey, Jack Ryan shadow recruit was the fifth best Jack Ryan movie
We are still only one movie into the DC Snyderverse and we keep getting announcements for movies in ten years that might not even happen. I think they just like throwing ideas around.
You'll see them try how to train your dragon 3 anyway
