Being newly housewifed I might give this a try but does it let you set a 'standard' for want of a better word where things and quantities you buy the same each time are set by default? So rather than adding the same quantity of many of the same things each visit you can either leave the default or modify it.

I used to use that method too with baby powder which I think is corn starch and not powdered babies however some people are allergic to the powder and it tends to gunk up a fine chain's links when mixed with skin particles and grease.
