This is the problem with extensions, they are little more than maverick code.

If you use IE9 and wonder why there is no option to install this in IE9 that is because this feature is built-in already and just needs to be enabled. It prevents scripted pop-ups and allows creation of a whitelist just like the extension.

This is just STHoldings preparing the ground to move to an exclusive deal (as in $$$) with Google's music service whose avowed aim is to get independent music out there.
