Is it possible you're using the same cable to connect your phone both to the radio and to your stereo at home? If yes then try using a different, quality cable and see if that makes a difference.

Yes, you are right and I was wrong, not only that but it's something I should have known. I just tested it by wiping my DNS settings and going to a previously visited page and one I had never been to before. The results confirmed what you said. Thanks for that. :)
I don't want to be a wet blanket but aren't there some weird security issues with converting something into links that wasn't designed to be clickable? I think in this case there is justification for the extra step required in selecting, right-clicking, etc.
I use Mr. Number on my Android phone for this. There's a free version which is entirely adequate and a paid version which gives you a few more features.
Nope, I don't believe so. Your requests have to go through your ISP's or someone else's gateway and if they decide to have a peek then you're at their mercy.
There are other things to consider before changing your DNS to the fastest. Is the provider trustworthy or are they selling your browsing habits and other data? Remember, your DNS gateway provider knows everywhere you go, when you went there, how long for, and if you returned.

The 'approval' was necessary in order to chastise. I didn't particularly think he was trolling, many times that's an opinion-based call. One has to be careful when levelling the insult 'troll' at someone as many times it is used merely because the putative troll's opinions don't concur with those of the troll name…

This tip appeared a couple of months back and it was wrong then too. Using a hot liquid to fix something caused by a not quite as hot liquid is nonsense. As for the olive oil... what's wrong with a purpose designed substance like furniture polish which has the added advantage of not being food. To fix these stains put…

Oh, you must mean like FocusMagic has been doing for years.
How about Bridge Out?
Equally effective in deterring both types of security breach is to get a wireless camera from Staples for 50 bucks and install it pointing at your stuff. If you really don't want to catch your friend stealing your kit then put a big sign in the office alerting people to the camera. Make sure it captures anyone trying…
Ha! I work for MS as a programmer and you're a bit wrong there, on all counts. [blogs.msdn.com]
Not anti-google at all. I stated facts (I guessed the 99% bit). I didn't say MS don't use the data, I said they haven't built their business on it unlike google. If the law is ever changed for example to prevent user information storage and use google will be in a worse position than MS. MS and Apple have their OSs…
