Lou Reed's last piece of writing was a glowing review of Yeezus for talkhouse and Bowie claimed Kendrick Lamar and Death Grips along with James Murphy and Boards of Canada were the major influences for Blackstar.

Shitty? No way, it is a essential gateway into the grime scene and full of tremendous songwriting hooks. Blackstar might be a top 10 Bowie album but I think he would have approved of a hip hop artist to win over him because like Lou Reed before his death he realized that the future of popular music is going to be in

He directed one of the last movies with Anton Yelchin too :(

This isn't a Wayans Brothers parody?

Kim Jung Un's lip-sync battle will have you rolling in the aisles.

I must have missed the trailer that included the song's lyrics emblazoned yellow with a bouncing wolf costume spelling out the kind of movie it was going to be.

My good Ayatollah I forgot that you had been strong arming Jonze through most of his career after you sold him that golden skateboard.

I am not bashing the movie but commending it for being packaged as a cute, zeitgeist heralding, kidult awakening romp, and instead you get some of the most menacing VO that is capped off with a sobbing send off. It's essentially a more brilliant version of Inside Out in terms of capturing truths of child psychology,

Considering my proclivity for booze and drugs, like if I drink I only know black out drunk and no happy mediums there is a sense of familiarity for me in Skull Juice. TMI aside, I don't sympathize with Dick but do relate with him on a level I don't with many of the other seemingly well adjusted personalities in

If you want your art to be bad go all the way like 12. Oz Mouse or don't bother at all.

Please Mr. Disney
I don't want to go (please don't shoot me up to a Space Opera series)
P-p-please!

Imagine if Miachu who scored Under the Skin scored a comic book movie? Or M83?

Paprika soundtrack is a work of immaculate art.
Any other suggestions?

Dino is a writer and I think it's time-tested that the best American writers find the n-word irrisitable.

Been so long without this beloved section! Glad to have it back.
My podcast of choice since the last pod mass is Skull Juice with Dino Stamatopoulos and Andy Dick. I know most people consider Dick a pariah and the absolute slime of Hollywood, and who else should be paired with the lovably scruffy Dino? A lot of vividly
