I still don't think the band should be punished to play "Blister in the Sun" for the rest of their lifes, but the material beyond the debut is very hit or miss with a heavy emphasis towards the latter as they age.

Two of my favorite bands from my formative music years may face a lot of backlash this year: Animal Collective and M83. People around me may be growing apart from them, but I am enjoying every twist and turn they have to offer.
The song is okay and well produced, but she opens the song with a lyric straight out of a Macklemore song.
Tell that to Joanna Newsom
He's easy to depise because of how handsome and easy life must be for him, but when you get past that he's a fine comedic performer.
Soundtracked by a wave of feedback coming from Robert Fripp.
The violent tension Max feels towards the women seemed pretty apparent to me and I would have thought his presence would satiate MRA critics. Tom Hardy's performance alone is not Oscar worthy because it's too subversive. I can imagine audiences felt a similar disorientation in John Carpenter's Big Trouble when Kurt…
As far as overtly feminist films go I don't think you can find one better than the Czechoslovokian art house movies: Daises and Valerie and Her Week of Wonders. Fury Road also shares an important similarity to these film: it's always playful and never preachy when it comes to its social commentary.
Wainwright's most recent release was actually really good, especially the title track which I think is a great summing up of my life:

…And this album art seems tailored for people who have received boxes full of musty Classical Musical vinyls from their grandmothers.
Actually the episode felt like a smart, subversive commentary about the "circle jerkness" of mythology based CBB episodes.
I know I have been stewing on this for awhile, and the OP is not a horrible troll or anything and is merely taking a part of a tradition

How is it that a bunch of internet commenters think its amusing to continuously advocate violence against one another because of what…punchability?
Think about what kind of hostility you're perpetuating amigo.
This was my only interview exposure, but it's 2 and 1/2 hours and Maron keeps bringing up his two favorite Friedkins': Sorcere and French Connection.
It's engrossing and I hope Maron will continue getting more directors, Lynch going on a press tour for Twin Peaks makes me hope that he could be a potential guest.
Last week's The Best Show is up there with the Victor and Tiny ep of Comedy Bang Bang that managed to override the Jonah Ray factor.
You are saying that a creative person must subscribe to the feminist ideological world view when writing a narrative? The movie reads like a vicious take down of That particular breed of Male? And speaking of Jennifer Jason Leigh do you think she was being anti-feminist starring in Hareful 8, another movie that is not…
I was initially right there with you, and still am, but here are some articles that relate the film to snuff and exploitation porn:

Your comment sounds completely incompatible with my taste, but I haven't seen the movie but you could easily could Synedoche, NY hideous too, but that hideousness is what I find so compelling. I will agree that Kaufman should work with a less insular directorial team and work with someone like Gondrey and Jonze again…
Why is it so easy to get invested into Keaton, from a fan's perspective? Is it because snow dad is better than no dad?
It's good that Morricone is being given an arbitrary reward for music he originally wrote and discarded for The Thing.
Because Crystal makes working man movies with Bette Middler where he can play your surrogate wise-cracking uncle why you doze on an airplane or in the bowels of a hotel. In other words, thanks for spreading the Crystal.
