Yeah, I feel almost exactly the same. Thirty here as well. The sudden weight-gain of a diminishing metabolism only made things worse. I’m lucky to live in a smaller community where I can at least escape this shit by turning off the tv/stepping away from the computer. Don’t think I’d do well in a bigger city.
This kind of thing triggers my eating-disorder and the need to have random sex to prove myself that I’m attractive enough.
