Or saved up for a bottle of liquor. You cold have SPENT $5 and bought him some food.

They just added Wizardry 8 to Steam. If you don't go buy it right now, you should go buy it right now.

Why was it obvious? What supernatural premonition am I missing out on?

Damn straight!

Thanks for the carefully constructed reply and for sharing your collection! I can appreciate that. I guess I lost that fascination in recent years... I did have that LttP player's guide, too. And yeah, with 8 and 16-bit era stuff, it was helpful from time to time, even from a technological standpoint. I remember

Not a big game-art guy. What's the fascination?

How many female cereal mascots are there? DOWN WITH GENERAL MILLS!

You could just buy it used to screw the publisher.

I'm a male who doesn't cry when I'm "forced" to play as a female in video games.

There's no Asian protagonist. Therefore, I will not play this game. Oh, wait. Maybe having a main character from that demographic wouldn't have suited the story the creators are trying to tell, and I should just shut the fuck up!

His argument, while in support of video games, is poor logic and a misuse of statistics. Just because video games are more popular and crime is down does not indicate a correlation. There are millions of factors that could reduce crime rates...

He'll also have to re-purchase all his champions and skins, re-level to summoner level 30, etc., plus the inability to be pro anymore. I'll bet he crosses over to DotA...

"... that gay men sexually assault young boys..." REALLY?! Just because gays in an anime do something, that implies that all gay men sexually assault young boys? Then I guess we can infer that all white males are able to inhabit your dreams and kill you with Wolverine claws like Freddie Kreuger, right?

The condescension and name-calling are completely unnecessary.

Oh, sorry! I must have missed one article out of dozens that are published every day, for many years running!

What is this now? Artaku? I thought this site was about gaming.

Other than the first run of Xboxes, hardware failure hasn't been an issue for quite awhile. Besides, that wasn't really part of my argument.

Is it? How so? You haven't had any inexplicable, nigh-impossible-to-solve PC problems? The kind that you'd never have with a console?

That's not what the chart says. Yet another misleading title. That says "Steam users logged in," not "Steam users playing games." I'm sure a great number of those are PCs which load Steam at startup and rarely even use it.
