One thing to keep in mind - if you have dimmer switches in your house, you’ll want to look specifically for LEDs that can be dimmed. If you don’t, you’ll get weird buzzing/flickering when you try to dim your lights.

Yeah 165 is the 7 log 10 instant pasteurization time for Salmonella. It is a Time/Temp combo that determines food safety. If you hold a meat at ~123f/50.6c for long enough, it becomes safe to eat. Sous vide makes excellent chicken breast. Granted I have only tried the boneless/skinless type because I was on a diet at the time but it made what is normally a dry and boring meat moist and quite tasty.

While I’ve never wondered what chicken sashimi would look like, that header picture answers the question nicely.

Where is your router placed? Is it in a closet or other enclosed area? Are there a lot of walls between you and the router? 5ghz signals don’t generally go through a lot of obstructions. 2.4 is a little better generally.
