I have to agree with Van. While some of the additions ere AWESOME, the enemies felt...not right? I can't quite define what it was, but it just felt off. The game was still fun, mind you, just I liked the first one more.

Crackdown was such a fun game. The second one was less fun, but still enjoyable enough.
