The same people who managed to garner almost enough support the first time, given another month, probably -could- have pulled it off, but thanks for not knowing a thing about what went down and being snarky.

After the Kickstarter failed, people asked them to try again. Many folks begged them to try again on Kickstarter, but they felt it was best to have a private fundraising effort.

I cannot help but think this is why the second effort failed so painfully.

Are we really whining about a character redesign of a dude named "He-Man"? Really?

I read this article to my wife without revealing the name of the game pre-change. We are from Ohio. She is 31. Her eyebrows almost lifted off her face when I said the name.

No, this term is not outdated and this article is most assuredly not an attempt at raising hackles or riling people up.

This is my new favorite comment.

That movie was just awful.

I feel there needs to be reference to the Gibson somewhere in this article.

I don't see where you said people tune them out, but, I have not read all the conversations so I accept what you have just said on face value.

This is amazing.

Never noticed the commercials before this article pointed them out. Of course, that may be because I turn on the 360 and the game starts automagically.

I can honestly say that I've never noticed the commercials until this article pointed them out.

So, I guess what I'm saying is that I spend $40 a year (because I have yet to pay full price for a year of service) for a service that shows commercials that I have never noticed.

So, if you got an xbox you'd be forced to watch a looping commercial for half an hour, possibly longer, against your will?

I must be xboxing wrong...

That would be even more betterest.

Since we are on this specific area for critique, please please please change it to "A video game has never made me feel nauseated before."

Nauseous is something that things are to make someone nauseated. It's a minor quibble, but it's my one big trigger point.

I supply that.

I deconstruct that.

I elongate that.

I reduce that.

I refute you.

I'm not sure what you're getting at here. "I don't scare." is a perfectly accurate sentence. Generally, people describe -how- they don't scare, be it "easily" or what not, but it's certainly not necessary.
