Well looks like you were right as well.. Before iOS 5.1 Apple referred to HSPA+ as 3G and now its referred to as 4G so therefore AT&T is selling a "4G" iPhone...

True but apple hasn't allowed At&t to call the HSPA+ portion of the iPhone4s 4G, apple is reserving that for LTE... This will be LTE.

People will use phones with less caution than they do with PC's in that they will click links that are emailed to them and download any program as long as it's free. This mentality needs to stop, and people need to think before clicking.
