You say your parents want to see your kids - they can fly to you until your kids can behave for the duration of a flight.

A 4 year old shouldn’t be on a plane.  It really is that simple.

You absolutely should forego vacations with children until the children can behave in public. The same goes for dining in restaurants not intended for little kids.
