So they want Nolan, that's great news. I would absolutely love it if he signed on. I also think a lot of the negativity would be shut up if Nolan signed on too. Also have Scott come in as a producer and this might be the greatest thing ever.

Can Loki work as a main villain? I'm not familiar enough with the comics but from what I've read is that he's an okay pick but not an outstanding one.

That's something I hated with the DS too.

Well think of it this way, a DVD is 8gb and this is at most half of that. So for something like MGS4 to be ported over, even with compression, would require a shitload of disks. And the whole point of the play as you go part is that you can play a regular PS3 game on the NGP.

I can easily see the repeated touchscreen controls get highly annoying after three or four hours. Having to move your hands off the button 10 times in the span of 15 minutes is going to aggravate me.

The worst news isn't about the graphics although that is bad news but rather it's about the card size. 2gb to 4gb won't hold much of anything. I was hoping for atleast 8 going up to 16.

Well my understanding is that they have to be, as the 3D aspect means you're pumping out two images at once so the resolution has to be double.

Fuck. I would like to see what Nolan could do with the franchise though. Actually on second thought I would really look forward to a movie in the Blade Runner Universe with Nolan directing and script-writing.
